hello I need to coppy my recording from my direct tv DVR to my pc

hello is there somone how can help me white info how to coppy my file's from my direct tv dvr box to my pc or netwerk I have the plus hd dvr is there a serial sata connection in the box ?? thanks a lott greetings armando
